Part 3 | 7 Things That May Be Subconsciously Keeping You From Your Desired Results

Part 3 | 7 Things That May Be Subconsciously Keeping You From Your Desired Results

Welcome to the final part of this series, beautiful angels. ✨

In Part 1, we explored the energy of scarcity and the subtle ways it can influence our everyday choices, relationships, and ability to receive more.

In Part 2, we talked about the fear of expansion, including avoiding inspired action and allowing limiting beliefs to become our entire identity.

Today, we're bringing everything together.

Because there is something I want you to remember as you work toward your desired results.

You can want a completely different life and still unconsciously make choices that keep you connected to your old one.

You can ask for more abundance while continuing to make decisions from fear.

You can ask for a healthier relationship while waiting for someone who repeatedly shows you that they are not ready to give you what you need.

You can ask for your next level while ignoring your own needs, intuition, and the little nudges that keep trying to guide you somewhere new.

And sometimes, you can become so focused on getting the outcome you desire that you stop paying attention to what your own life is trying to tell you along the way.

Through my tarot readings and channeling since starting my business in 2022, I've become increasingly interested in these subtle patterns. Sometimes, what we need to explore isn't just what we want to manifest, but also the beliefs, habits, and choices that influence how we move toward it.

This isn't about blaming yourself for your current circumstances. There are real challenges, external limitations, and things beyond our control.

It's about recognizing where you may have more choice than you realize.

So let's talk about the final two patterns.

6. Ignoring or Suppressing the Messages From Your Body

Your body is part of your everyday experience, but how often do you actually listen to it?

I'm not just talking about physical symptoms. I'm also talking about the way you respond to your needs, your energy, your comfort, your emotions, and the signals that tell you something in your current routine may need attention.

Maybe you're exhausted, but you keep pushing yourself because you believe resting means you're falling behind.

Maybe you feel overwhelmed, but you continue filling your schedule because you don't want to disappoint anyone.

Maybe you repeatedly ignore your need for sleep, nourishment, movement, or downtime because you have convinced yourself that you need to do more before you're allowed to slow down.

Maybe you keep saying yes to things that drain you, even when you can feel yourself becoming increasingly resentful.

Or perhaps you already know that a particular habit isn't supporting your health goals, but you keep pushing that awareness aside because changing your routine feels uncomfortable.

Sometimes, we know what we need, but we don't want to hear it because honoring that need would require us to change something.

And change can be inconvenient.

It may mean setting a boundary.

It may mean rearranging your schedule.

It may mean having an uncomfortable conversation.

It may mean acknowledging that the way you've been doing things is no longer sustainable.

It may even mean letting go of the idea that you have to be productive every waking moment to deserve the life you want.

What if taking better care of yourself is part of your expansion, rather than something you have to postpone until after you've achieved everything?

I think this is particularly important when we're working toward big goals.

When you want to grow your business, increase your income, improve your relationships, or create a different lifestyle, it's easy to become so focused on the destination that you forget the person who is actually living the journey.

You may start treating yourself like a machine that simply needs to produce more.

More work.

More results.

More productivity.

More discipline.

More output.

But you are a person, not a machine.

And building a life you genuinely love includes considering how you feel while you're living it.

Sometimes the next step isn't doing more. Sometimes it's recognizing that your current approach needs to change.

Of course, not every uncomfortable feeling means something is wrong, and not every physical sensation is an intuitive message. Your body can respond to many different factors, and persistent or concerning symptoms deserve appropriate medical attention.

The point is to stop automatically dismissing your needs simply because they don't fit into your plans.

Try asking yourself:

“What have I been repeatedly asking myself to push through, and is that actually supporting the life I'm trying to create?”

You might be surprised by your answer.

Perhaps you've been asking yourself to tolerate an arrangement that no longer works.

Perhaps you've been expecting yourself to function at full capacity without giving yourself enough time to recover.

Perhaps you've been ignoring the fact that your daily habits no longer align with the person you want to become.

Or perhaps you simply need to stop treating your own needs as an inconvenience.

You don't have to wait until you're completely burned out to give yourself permission to make a change.

You don't have to earn the right to rest.

You don't have to prove your worth through exhaustion.

And you don't have to keep ignoring yourself just because you've become accustomed to doing so.

Your desired reality should have room for you to feel good about the life you're creating, too.

7. Waiting for Someone Else to Change Before You Allow Yourself to Move Forward

This one can be difficult to recognize because sometimes we genuinely have good reasons to want someone else to change.

You want someone to treat you better.

You want your partner to communicate more honestly.

You want a family member to understand you.

You want a client to respect your time.

You want your employer to recognize your value.

You want someone to apologize for what they did.

You want someone to finally see your worth.

And there is nothing wrong with wanting healthier relationships, mutual respect, accountability, or a genuine change in someone's behavior.

But there is a difference between wanting someone to change and making your entire life dependent on whether they do.

Think about it.

How many times have you told yourself that you'll finally feel better when someone apologizes?

That you'll move forward once someone understands your side of the story?

That you'll be able to trust again once someone proves that people can be trusted?

That you'll pursue your own dreams once someone supports them?

That you'll feel beautiful once someone notices you?

That you'll feel successful once someone acknowledges your accomplishments?

That you'll finally have peace once a particular person behaves the way you want them to?

Without realizing it, you may be giving someone else the power to decide when you're allowed to move forward.

Your happiness becomes dependent on their behavior.

Your confidence becomes dependent on their approval.

Your decisions become dependent on their reactions.

And your future becomes dependent on a change that you cannot make for them.

What if the person you're waiting for never changes?

I know that may not be the answer you want to hear.

But I think it's a question worth considering.

Not because people cannot change. They absolutely can.

People can learn, grow, apologize, heal, and become better versions of themselves.

But their growth is ultimately their responsibility.

You can communicate your needs.

You can give someone an opportunity to understand you.

You can establish boundaries.

You can decide what you are willing to work through and what you are no longer willing to accept.

You can choose to remain in a relationship and work toward a healthier dynamic.

And you can choose to leave a situation that continues to hurt you.

What you cannot do is make another person do the inner work for themselves.

And sometimes, the most important change is realizing that you don't have to wait for someone else's transformation to begin making decisions about your own life.

You can pursue your dreams even if someone doesn't understand them.

You can build your confidence even if someone never acknowledges your worth.

You can create financial stability even if someone who doubted you never admits they were wrong.

You can seek healthier relationships without waiting for an unhealthy connection to become what you hoped it would be.

You can find closure without receiving the perfect apology.

And you can stop putting your life on hold while waiting for someone else to become ready.

This doesn't mean pretending you weren't hurt.

It doesn't mean excusing someone else's behavior.

It doesn't mean you have to forgive someone before you're ready or maintain a relationship that doesn't feel safe or healthy.

It means recognizing where your power actually lies.

You don't have to control another person's choices to make choices of your own.

You don't have to convince someone of your worth to begin treating yourself as someone worthy of care and respect.

And you don't have to wait for someone else to give you permission to become the person you want to be.

Ask yourself:

“What am I waiting for someone else to do before I allow myself to move forward?”

Maybe you're waiting for an apology.

Maybe you're waiting for approval.

Maybe you're waiting for someone to choose you.

Maybe you're waiting for someone to finally understand you.

Whatever your answer may be, consider whether there is a step you can take for yourself today.

You don't need to figure out your entire future right now.

You simply need to recognize that your next chapter doesn't always have to wait for someone else's next chapter.

Sometimes, you can begin yours today.

The Conclusion: Your Next Level Begins With the Choices You Make Today

Beautiful angels, if you've made it through all three parts of this series, I want you to take a moment to reflect on what we've explored together.

We talked about seven patterns that may be subconsciously keeping you from your desired results.

1. Choosing things only because they're cheap or on sale.

Are you making decisions based on what you genuinely want, or are you allowing price and the fear of missing out to make your choices for you?

2. Saying yes when you really want to say no.

Are you honoring your own needs and boundaries, or are you constantly prioritizing other people's comfort over your own?

3. Holding on because you're afraid there's nothing better out there.

Are you choosing something because it genuinely feels right, or because you're afraid of what might happen if you let it go?

4. Avoiding important conversations and inspired action because you feel uncomfortable or scared.

Are you waiting until you feel completely ready, even when you already know the next step you want to take?

5. Letting your limiting beliefs become your entire identity.

Are you treating your past experiences as permanent proof of who you are, or allowing yourself to become someone new?

6. Ignoring or suppressing the messages from your body.

Are you paying attention to your needs, energy, and well-being, or constantly pushing yourself aside to meet other expectations?

7. Waiting for someone else to change before you allow yourself to move forward.

Are you taking responsibility for the choices within your control, or putting your future on hold while waiting for someone else's behavior to change?

You don't need to have perfect answers to all seven questions.

You don't need to change your entire life overnight.

And you certainly don't need to turn every little decision into something you have to analyze.

The goal isn't to become hyperaware of everything you do.

The goal is to become more conscious of the patterns that genuinely matter to you.

Because once you recognize a pattern, you have an opportunity to respond differently.

You can choose to spend your money more intentionally.

You can practice saying no without feeling guilty.

You can release the belief that what you have now is the best you will ever receive.

You can take an uncomfortable but meaningful step toward your dreams.

You can stop describing yourself through your limitations.

You can make room for your health and well-being.

And you can stop waiting for someone else to give you permission to move forward.

These choices may seem small individually, but they can influence the direction of your life over time.

You Don't Have to Keep Being the Person You've Always Been

Here is something I really want you to remember.

You can be grateful for your current life and still desire something different.

You can appreciate what you've learned from the past without needing to repeat it.

You can love the person you've been while allowing yourself to become someone new.

You can acknowledge your fears without letting every fear make your decisions.

And you can want more without deciding that what you currently have is somehow inadequate.

Growth doesn't require you to hate your current circumstances.

It simply requires you to be honest about where you want to go next.

Sometimes, we become so familiar with our own patterns that we stop questioning them.

We say, “That's just how I am.”

“That's just how my relationships go.”

“I'm always the one who has to work harder.”

“I never have enough money.”

“Things never work out for me.”

“I always get in my own way.”

But what if these aren't permanent truths about your life?

What if some of them are patterns you've learned, beliefs you've absorbed, or responses you've repeated for so long that they have started to feel inevitable?

You may not be able to change everything about your circumstances immediately.

But you can start questioning the stories that no longer serve you.

You can start noticing the choices that are within your control.

You can start giving yourself permission to consider possibilities you previously dismissed.

And you can begin building a relationship with yourself that makes room for a different future.

You don't have to keep choosing from the fears of your old self when you're ready to create something new.

Your Next Step: Get Curious About What You Can't See Yet

One of the reasons I love tarot is that it gives us a way to pause, reflect, and look at our circumstances from a different perspective.

Sometimes, we are so close to our own situations that it's difficult to recognize the patterns we're repeating.

We may know what we want, but struggle to understand what's keeping us stuck.

We may feel that something needs to change, but not know where to begin.

We may be standing in front of an opportunity without recognizing its significance.

Or we may be so focused on one particular outcome that we overlook other possibilities that could be equally meaningful, or even better suited to us.

This is where a reading can be a valuable tool for reflection and guidance.

Through my personal tarot readings, I offer a space to explore your questions, receive a fresh perspective on your circumstances, and consider the possibilities that may be worth paying attention to.

Sometimes you need encouragement to keep going.

Sometimes you need confirmation that you've been overlooking something important.

Sometimes you need to look at a situation from a completely different angle.

And sometimes you simply need a moment to reconnect with what you truly want, what matters to you, and what your next step could be.

You don't need to have everything figured out before seeking guidance.

You can come with questions.

You can come with uncertainty.

You can come with a dream you're afraid to say out loud.

You can come with a situation you've been thinking about for months.

You can even come when you know something needs to change but haven't figured out what that change looks like yet.

You are allowed to be a work in progress.

You are allowed to ask for support.

And you are allowed to invest in understanding yourself more deeply.

I hope this series has given you something meaningful to reflect on, something you can begin applying to your everyday life, and perhaps a new perspective on what may be possible for you.

Remember:

You are not required to have everything figured out today.

You don't need to force every outcome.

And you don't need to become a completely different person overnight.

Sometimes, your next chapter begins with one honest realization, one new boundary, one brave decision, or one small choice that finally aligns with what you truly want.

Keep listening to yourself.

Keep questioning the stories that limit you.

Keep making room for possibilities you haven't explored yet.

And most importantly, don't let the fear of becoming someone new keep you attached to a life you've already outgrown.
